Villa Ika is a stone house located in Raštevic near Benkovac. It is 19 km from Biograd na Moru, 30 km from Zadar and 5 km from Benkovac. A ten-minute drive from the house is the Kličevica fortress, under which, at least in the spring, the stream of the same name flows.



The villa can accommodate 4 people. On the terrace in front of the villa there is a swimming pool with deckchairs, a children's playground and a barbecue. Next to the pool there is also a brick lounge area for resting and sunbathing. There is a summer kitchen in the covered part next to the villa, and there is also a covered dining table for enjoying dinner outdoors. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and it also has a TV and radio, as well as one bathroom. The villa consists of a room with a double bed, a gallery with two single beds, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. One air conditioner is installed in the living room, and the other in the bedroom, while the living room has a pellet stove.
