The Space:

Nestled in the hills and built over two levels, the villa was recently renovated with upscale materials. You will discover its air-conditioned living room located on the first floor, consisting of a lounge with a red sofa and armchairs. The wide openings allow to enjoy the panoramic view over the environment and the ocean, close to the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The elegant decor with red hints and sleek lines creates a relaxing atmosphere in front of the panoramic view over the hills of Colombier, the ocean, the surrounding islands and Gustavia’s harbor.



The villa features beautiful, sunny terraces, one of which on the upper level with a covered dining area for twelve people facing the view. There is also a lounge where you’ll love sipping a cocktail in the tropical mild air. You’ll find an outdoor staircase leading to the terrace below, with a lovely swimming pool and a Jacuzzi for six. Sunbeds are also available for pleasant sunbathing sessions. In addition, there is an outdoor living room under the covered area for al fresco dining, as well as a ping pong table for memorable moments in a very private atmosphere.



There are five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper level and opens onto an amazing ocean view, while two other bedrooms are on the lower level close to the terrace with pool, and the fifth is in a separate bungalow. All are comfortable and spacious with bright lighting and king size beds (Two bedrooms can propose twin beds on request). The red hints throughout the villa create a very refined ambiance, the perfect place to relax in the Caribbean beauty.
