The apartment stands out for its contemporary style, generous spaces, and abundant natural light. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living room elegantly decorated and connected to a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay.
The living room opens onto a charming northeast-facing private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing at any time of day.
On the lower floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and large windows that flood the rooms with light. Both rooms have access to full bathrooms with showers.
Upstairs, the impressive master suite features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to a second private terrace, an ideal space to unwind in privacy.
The Costa de Nagüeles complex offers a peaceful and secure environment, with two shared swimming pools surrounded by well-maintained gardens. In July and August, the pools are supervised by lifeguards; the rest of the year, swimming is at guests’ own risk.
Its unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short drive to Marbella’s city center, makes it perfect for both holidays and longer stays. Nearby, you’ll find fine dining restaurants, supermarkets, high-end boutiques, and all essential services.
