Stunning holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in the exclusive Benamara urbanisation, within the Venalmar complex, featuring a communal pool, gardens, and direct beach access, just a few meters from the property.
The apartment offers a bright and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, armchair, pouf, Smart TV, and direct access to a large south-facing private terrace with dining table for 6 and a chill-out area with sofas, surrounded by lush greenery.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen also includes a dining table for 6. A guest WC is located next to the kitchen and living area.
A hallway leads to the three en-suite bedrooms:
The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, garden views, and a bathroom with shower.
The second features two single beds (105 x 200 cm), wardrobe, direct access to the terrace, and en-suite shower room.
The spacious master bedroom includes two single beds (105 x 200 cm), two walk-in wardrobes, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, large bathtub, and separate WC.
The property includes a private outdoor parking space next to the entrance. The complex has landscaped gardens, a communal pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), and direct access to the beach.
Set in a peaceful, green area, the apartment is just 5 minutes by car from shops and services, 10 minutes from Estepona, and 15 minutes from Marbella. A beach bar is also within walking distance, perfect for enjoying the coast.
