Lovely stay, amazing holiday

Rooms were perfect and spacious, nice and central to everything and a lovely walk to the beach. All had an amazing time!

Lovely property, great location

Osborne House was perfect for our group. Close to some nice restaurants and the main high street and a just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely look to book this property again.

Best place in Looe !

We stayed in the Osborne House. We ve been to Looeseveral times and this was the best house we had so far. It got the space, location, history end great accomodantions. Loved every minute of our stay !

Great house, in a great location everything only a few mins walk away

Spent a great NYE break in Osborne House. Perfect space for our group. And conveniently located only a couple of mins walk from the beach and the main high street.

Osbourne house

This was an excellent place for our family to stay, great large dining area and open plan kitchen for meals and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The location right next to the beach was also perfect.Would definitely go again.

It's a beautiful house in a gorgeous town.

If you get the chance to stay here please do so. Four generations of my family stayed here together and it suited us all. It has everything you need for a great stay. It's a stones throw away from the beach/shops /pubs and restaurants. Once there you won't want to leave

A fantastic family holiday cottage

Osborne House is fantastic for a family base. Right in the middle of East Looe, close to the beach and great places to eat. The accommodation standard is top class. There is plenty of room for a couple of families and it's a real home from home in terms of equipment. We will definitely be back!

Perfect property

Excellent property, 50 yards from the beach and a few steps away from the town. We as a family of 7 people have stayed in Osborne House every year for the past 4 years and will stay again next year. To sum up, fantastic holiday made memorable by staying at a fantastic house.

A really great cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in Osbourne house, both the property itself and the location, right in the middle of everything and a stones throw from the water, were perfect for our family group. The house itself was excellent, everything we needed and all the rooms a good size with plenty of bathrooms. All round very good

Great house and perfect location

We had a great stay at Osborne House. It's huge, all the rooms are very spacious and the gorgeous kitchen is perfect for family meals. The location was fantastic, being only a 1 minute walk to the beach and all the shops and pubs in Looe. We were a bit worried about parking but it was straight forward and we parked our additional car easily and it wasn't too expensive. Would stay again.

Holidays after Lockdowns

It was great holidays for the group of 11 us, all family members really enjoyed the stay at the Osbourne House East Looe. The place was really tidy and clean the facilities were to the excellent standard. The place is good location, where every things are to near by. I would really recommend this place to other friends and family to have pleasant holidays over there.

A beautiful house full of character and fully equipped

Beautiful house. Very central with a great choice of eateries within a short walk. However, if you decide to stay in, you could not want for more as the kitchen is fully equipped. The huge dining table is great for dining but also for playing board games and the like. Great for groups of friends and families alike.

Wonderful house in great location close to beach

Super house ideal for multi generation family holidays. Very nicely decorated with a nautical theme throughout, the house is spacious, comfortably sleeps 12 and benefits from four toilets/bathrooms. Location couldn't have been better with the beach and harbour just a stone's throw away. A big thanks to James and team for the smooth booking process and clear joining instructions, and we'd love to return.

Perfect location for group stay

Great base for a group stay, there was 11 of us and there was enough space for us all. Osborne House is the perfect location to access the beach and town. It was super clean and full of character. We walked the coastal path to Polperro, went mackerel fishing and spent the evenings swimming in the sea and had beach bbqs. Looe is not easy driving for large cars though and watch out for noisy, vicious seagulls!

Great location in a lovely property .

Birthday celebrations for my mother weremade really enjoyable at osbourne house in east Looe. Fantastic place to visit The property was great, clean and plenty of utensils etc . Fantastic spot just a minute from the beach. We were there the weekend of the raft race which was great fun and made perfect with fabulous weather . The only downfall was the noisy seagulls but there were lots of baby chicks around so we really didn’t mind as they are lovely to watch. Highly recommend a stay here .

Perfect base in a lovely house

Stayed here in June with family. The house is one of the most well equipped I have experienced. Lovely rooms and a bonus having ensuite facilities. The dining table was great and really lovely. The whole house is spacious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the table football and table tennis. Location was perfect, just moments from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Cottage in the heart of Looe - very well equipped

Osborne House was brilliant - every possible utensil you might need, from pasta strainers to children's crockery there was nothing that we wished we 'd had. Lots of space and plenty of room for our daughter to perfect her walking. Very clean and well maintained with a laundry refresh half way through our fortnight's stay. I'd highly recommend staying there - very comfortable and of course, perfectly located.

Perfect holiday house in heart of the town

This house was perfect for our group of four couples on a mixed media art holiday (oils and water colours mainly) and the town was simply fantastic.: lots of subject matter plus great pubs and a really great selection of restaurants and cafes. This house couldn't have been better located with the beach literally at the end of the street in one direction and the harbour in the other direction. We enjoyed Sarah's Pasties (at the end of the street) and Daisy's is a must for breakfasts. Lots of other brilliant places to eat too including the Smugglers Cott, Pepe's and the Salutation.
