The Space:
Enjoy London in style by living right opposite the best park: Hyde Park. This has to be one of the best spots where to stay and enjoy this beautiful city and make the most of it.
This large 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat is located on the ground floor of a beautiful building. It is a spacious duplex, with each bedroom featuring a small balcony facing Hyde Park.
The ground floor features the living/dining room, kitchen, and a guest toilet:
- The living room contains comfortable sofas where you can relax while watching TV. We have a small dining table with 4 chairs.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay.
- There is a toilet room with a sink.
The top floor includes both bedrooms and a family bathroom:
- The bedrooms are next to each other, both facing the street and park. They each contain a king-sized bed and wardrobe for your belongings. Both have a small balcony with views over Hyde Park.
- The modern bathroom has an excellent shower with two types of shower heads, plus a toilet and sink.
The property is located within a short walk from Queensway (1 min) and Bayswater (5 min) tube stations. The neighbourhood boasts great food shopping, transport links, quaint pubs, and restaurants just minutes from the front door. Hyde Park is directly across the street, with other amazing amenities such as Paddington Station, Oxford Street, Notting Hill, and Holland Park nearby.

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The heart of Bayswater is Queensway, running north-south from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Queensway Underground Station is at its southern end, opposite Kensington Gardens on the Bayswater Road, which forms the northern perimeter of Hyde Park. Buses run every few minutes 24/7 and take 5 minutes to Oxford Street, London's busiest shopping street.
Nestled between Notting Hill and Hyde Park, Bayswater/Queensway is a great base for exploring everything that Central London has to offer while maintaining a tight-knit, neighbourhood feel. Grand white stucco terraces and communal garden squares dominate the area, perfect for architecture enthusiasts. Large green spaces attract families and wealthy locals alike, enjoying leisurely strolls throughout the week. A massive redevelopment project is transforming the former Whiteleys department store into private residences, a Six Senses hotel, and luxury restaurants. Queensway, Bayswater’s main artery, is a vibrant shopping street with a multicultural feel, offering high-end boutiques and pioneering gastropubs just a stone's throw away on Notting Hill's Westbourne Grove.
Getting Around:
We recommend downloading the CITYMAPPER app to plan your journey. It is the best tool to navigate around London and it takes transport disruption into account. Use our postcode for more precise directions. Google Maps is also recommended.
Nearest transport:
Underground: the nearest stations are Queensway (2min walk) and Baywater (5min walk)
There are also many bus routes that can take you to different parts of London easily!

Please note that we have a camera by the front entrance. This is for security and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
Maximum number of guests: please note we can only accept up to 6 guests if it is a family with kids
ID Verification:
The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in (photo of ID to be taken alongside the keys we provide for your stay). This is a standard security measure based on past experiences. We need to confirm that you are the same person who made the reservation and who will be responsible for the keys and the property.
Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: From 3 PM
- Check-out: By 11 AM
- Please contact us promptly if your arrival time changes. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance
Late/Early Check-In & Late Check-Out are subject to availability and to be agreed in advance. We can only confirm within a few days prior to your arrival/departure date.
- Early check-in: we try to be as flexible as possible. We may agree to this when a self check-in is required or may be available for a fee.
- Free luggage drop-off: usually from 12pm but to be agreed in advance. Our team can provide the keys but we kindly request our guests to then leave so our housekeeper can do her job properly.
- Late check-in: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible. We cannot guarantee this is possible for last minute reservations. A fee may apply.
- Late check-out: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible or if we can keep your luggage for a few hours.
- Late check-out without prior agreement: £50/hour or fraction
Security Deposit:
We reserve the right to request a security deposit for direct reservations or via platforms (other than Airbnb). This is to be paid prior to your arrival date. The security deposit is refundable after your departure provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, loss of keys, or breach of our House Rules. We will reach out with any questions for potential claims and will confirm its total or partial return after we clean/inspect the property.
Sleeping Arrangements: please let us know how many guests and beds you require so we can prepare accordingly
- Infants are charged at £18/night. Airbnb or other platforms do not apply this automatically so we will send you a request to cover this cost. Please let us know if you require a baby cot so we can try to organise this.
- An extra bed (premium inflatable bed in the attic) is automatically offered for parties of our maximum number of guests, which is 7. It is also possible for smaller parties of 4-5 people who may want to sleep separately. This is to be agreed and paid for in advance. A one-off extra fee of £35 applies for setup and laundry service. Please note that for same-day reservations we may not be able to set up the extra bed (at least not for the first night).
Additional Charges: We reserve the right to charge fees for:
- Breach of our House Rules
- Complaints from neighbours
- Lost, unreturned, or damaged keys
- Excessive rubbish or cleaning required after departure
