Designed with respect to the Cycladic Architecture and in great harmony with the surrounding scenery and the natural ‘terrain’, Seafront Villa blends whitewashed Cycladic architecture with natural stone. The interiors combine marble and cement floorings with white walls as well as contemporary décor and art pieces, to showcase the traditional architecture while creating a minimal living space.

Seafront villa is comprised of two buildings connected with an external stairway ensuring privacy and comfort to the guests.

The caved suite in the lower level features a living room with two sofa-beds an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed completely set apart from the main areas and one bathroom with shower. The oversized floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The suite can accommodate 2 adults (double bed) and 2 children (two sofa beds in the living room).

The two-storey villa in the upper level features a luxurious open plan living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with built in double bed and one bathroom with shower in the ground floor. The first floor features a master bedroom with built in double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large private balcony with stunning sea view. The first floor has an independent entrance and access to the ground floor through an internal stairway. The villa can accommodate 4 adults (double bed) and 2 children (two sofa beds in the living room).

The main standout component of Seafront Villa are the outdoor private terraces with pergola-shaded dining tables and lounge areas where the guests can relax and unique undisturbed views to the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea.

A mini private pool with deck designed in full harmony with the surrounding landscape is a spot where the beauty of the Aegean and luxury unite to welcome guests to an unparalleled summer experience. A large swimming pool in a lower lever (to be shared by the guests of the Villas’ complex) with sitting areas offer to the guests’ variety and flexibility to their stay throughout the day.
