The Luxury Residence can happily accommodate 9 (nine) guests and it is separated by two independent storeys and outdoor Pool:

Deluxe Villa (ground floor) has 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a queen-size bed, one more bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bedroom with 3 single-beds, 2 bathrooms, where one (1) of them is private in the master bedroom (en suite), and a dining and kitchen area sharing the same room.

Superior Villa (first floor) has one Bedroom, one bathroom, with a stand-up Jacuzzi cabin, and a living room, which is sharing the same area of kitchen and dining place and a huge balcony with a magnificent view of the 1,5 km coastline of sandy Molos beach.

High speed internet, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, Alarm System, Cable TV and a stand-up Jacuzzi shower are some of the highly services that are provided to you free.

The outside area of the Villa is spacious full of colorful bougainvillea, olive trees and its own potager in the backyard, 20,000sqft at total. In the center of the field there is a spacious area of an outdoor Pool and dining table.

We are a Friends and Family open villa with private pool, and pet-friendly.

The neighborhood is a quite one and the villas are not attached with other houses. Moreover, there are a few holiday houses around. The beach, which is 1 km coastline is sandy and the shallow water is ideal for young children. In the main road of the beach there are two traditional taverns where you could have a lunch.

Molos area is a really unique and peaceful place for chilling because of its natural beauty. This crystal clear beach of 1,5km coastline stretches between Kefalos and Antikefalos hills, where the ancient ceramics used to be worked. Two traditional taverns are located to the right side of Molos and Kalogeros beach.
Kalogeros beach is a famous one, with stunning cliffs, which you should visit because of its natural mineral clay with healing properties. At the left side of Molos is Tsoukalia area, where there is a beach well known with windsurfers and kitesurfers.

As for the nightlife, Naoussa town is the landmark of nightlife in Paros and the most cosmopolitan area in the whole island. The distance between Naoussa and Molos, location of the villas, is 10km and it takes only 10 minutes to live this cycladic life! Also, there are a few smaller villages very close to our house, like Piso Livadi which is a picturesque small port full of traditional taverns. The port of Paros island is in Paroikia town, which is 15km away from Molos villas and the airport, in Alyki, is 20km away from the houses.
