Entire detached house of ancient construction with vaulted ceilings, recently restored, located on the 1st and 2nd floors, accessible by private staircase, with balcony and exclusive terrace, overlooking the street and sea view. It consists of an air-conditioned family room, including a living-dining room with kitchenette (equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine and kitchen utensils), two sleeping areas (double bed + 2 single beds or French double bed) and two bathrooms (one of which is external) with two showers and bidets, as well as a hairdryer, washing
machine, iron and ironing board, and clothes horse.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen, cleaning and bathroom sets, and a vacuum cleaner.
The entire apartment is rented to a single group/family; the bedrooms will be furnished according to the number of guests or specific needs and requests (additional bed for children, cot, and high chair).
The balcony and terrace are for exclusive use, from where you can admire the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze.
