This peaceful West Cornwall gem is ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends.

Located just above Mounts Bay – Cornwall’s largest bay, stretching from Porthleven to Mousehole – SaltWater sits in the heart of Poldark and Rosamunde Pilcher country, close to world-class golden sandy beaches and breathtaking coastal scenery.

Guests at Kenegie Manor can enjoy excellent on-site facilities (seasonal, mid-February to end of October), including a heated indoor swimming pool (charges apply, please use an app that’s provided in the guest book or contact the reception), sauna, pitch and putt, tennis courts, enclosed toddler play area, picnic and ball-games lawns with stunning views, a small honesty shop, laundrette, and a bar with pool table. The Old Forge Bar & Restaurant (dog-friendly) is just a 2-minute level walk away and serves freshly prepared meals and daily specials.

SaltWater is one of the few lodges on the estate offering high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming or occasional home working.

🐾 Pet-friendly – one well-behaved dog is welcome, so the whole family can join the adventure.

Inside the lodge

The lodge sleeps up to 4 adults across two bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside lamps, hairdryer, full-length mirror
• Bedroom 2: two single beds with storage and bedside lighting

There is a modern family shower room with heated towel rail, LED mirror and shaver point.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware and crockery. The cosy living area features a 40” smart TV, DVD player, Alexa smart speaker, books, games and local maps.

Outside, enjoy your patio with seating for al fresco dining.

Public transport is excellent, with nearby train and bus links and stops at Kenegie Manor. Shops, pubs and coastal paths are easily reached on foot.
