Sobald Sie diese Wohnung in der 16. Etage von Gulf Crest betreten, haben Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Es hat Fenster rund um die Wohnung mit Meerblick.

Diese Einheit ist eine sehr geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Eckeinheit mit einem Balkon, der die gesamte Einheit umgibt. Nicht viele 3 Schlafzimmer in Panama City Beach haben einen so großen Balkon. Dieses Gerät befindet sich am westlichen Ende des Gebäudes, so dass die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang unglaublich ist.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer liegt direkt am Wasser und hat Zugang zum Balkon. Es hat ein Kingsize-Bett und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und hat auch Zugang zum Balkon.

Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und Zugang zum Balkon.

Exactly as described

This unit is dated, but very nice and comfortable. The views are unmatched, beach, sun, sunsets, amazing. We did have some issues with checkin, some issues with appliances, but everything worked out fine. Would definitely stay again.

First time at PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super spacious! I absolutely loved the wrap around balcony! Views were BEAUTIFUL!!! The location was good, far enough for the busy areas, but close enough to take a short drive. Only thing that concerned me, was the door lock system- it wouldn’t lock from the outside- so leaving during the day and or night, with the door unlocked was nerve wracking. However, with the gated entry- I was okay. Overall, I would stay here again!

Vacation Rental

We loved this property! The wraparound balcony was amazing, we had some great sunsets, we saw from the balcony, dolphins, sea turtles, fish, and other aquatic life swimming around. We also visited many of the attractions as we had a large group (11 people) with different ages.

Great spot for Spring Break

Perfect location

My family of six stayed here and the condo had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The condo is close to Publix baseball fields. We are planning on coming back next New Year.

Beautiful Condo!

We booked this condo for a week and ended up extending our trip because we just didn't wanna leave it! It was beautiful and very spacious! The weather wasn't great some days due to the hurricane in south florida but we still had a great time hanging out in the condo! The host messaged back pretty quickly and was very nice! We will definitely be back!!

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door and saw the view from all sides. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Had our 2 yr old granddaughters and both sons there and had the best time. Definitely would stay again! Thanks

Desperately Needs A Deep Clean

Love Gulf Crest, all the amenities on the property are well maintained but not this unit! Extremely disappointed in this specific unit, it desperately needs to be deep cleaned. Will return to Gulf Crest this summer but will be staying in a different unit.

As advertised, overall good stay

We’ve stayed in Gulf Crest yearly for maybe 5-6 years now. Despite cleaning until 4:00 on the nose, there was still dust hanging from ceilings and fans, floors were all very wet, so they tracked our first footsteps after taking off our shoes. Notable mold in the bathrooms Limited pans - made eggs and bacon in pots 9 total bath towels for our party of 10. The view was amazing - we’ve never stayed on the 16th floor (usually 5th-8th) Really pleased that the elevators were so fast! I don’t think we waited more than once or twice. We’ll be looking forward to a different 3 bedroom unit in the future, but we really appreciate the availability of this unit at short notice.

This condo was filthy there was hair in the tub cabinets doors were falling off. Shower door was broken, couldn’t handle ion the balcony door living room side like the door was stuck. Floors were dirty, couch seem on left side was filthy. Was not impressed at all!

Nice vacation spot

When we arrived a repairman can in behind us to fix the dishwasher. There were plenty of dished/silverware and even a crockpot in the room. There was sleep space for 10, but only LR seating for 5. There were strong winds on the first night blowing off the gulf. The LR slider didn't properly close and made a really loud whirring/roar with the wind. We ended up opening the door about an inch and the noise stopped. The door is not seated well in the track. Overall the beds were comfortable and the condo was suited our needs well. Would rent this until again.

Gulf Crest is wonderful condo, but the condition of the units differ.

This was our 5th stay at Gulf Crest Condos, sometimes for a week with family and twice for a 4-6 week stay for my husband and me. The condo and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We have always been very happy with the units we have rented so we were excited to return last week. However, this unit was not up to our expectations. The unit needs attention, something we all have to address in our own homes through the years. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms need to be replaced. The beds were so uncomfortable that two adults in our family chose to sleep in the small cubby bunks rather than the beds. Some of the furniture and accessories are broken. The finish on the cabinetry is worn and peeling. The bathrooms are outdated and have numerous water stains and damage. The unit needs work. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit in Gulf Crest needs a lot of work! It was not clean and there was sand everywhere upon arrival. The dishwasher is broken, there were several light bulbs out, the living room furniture is not what is shown in the VRBO listing, the balcony sliding door is extremely hard to open and close, there’s rotten wood throughout the condo- one area being the front door which does not lock properly, leaky faucets in bathrooms and just overall old and dirty! Definitely would not recommend this unit

Spectacular views but needs a good deep cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Gulf Crest multiple times. The views are spectacular! It served it's purpose and we enjoyed our stay after we did some cleaning. I would be nice to have access to these supplies instead of having to buy them on your own. The pools, hot tubs and beach were great and it was nice having the two beach chairs included. The Tiki hut was open this year so it was great to have this option for food and drinks. However, if I were the owner, I would be highly upset with the cleanliness of the condo. It is in serious need of a good deep cleaning. Cooking supplies less than desirable. The fridge/freezer had a terrible seafood smell that caused the whole place to smell. No matter how much we cleaned (there was nasty liquid in bottom of fridge under drawer) or how many baking soda boxes we put in, we couldn't get it to go away.

Needs a deep cleaning!

We have stayed in a condo at gulf crest for the past 17 years for fall break. I was not impressed with this unit at all. I contacted the management company as soon as we got there about the main door, it looked as if someone had kicked it in. They did send out maintenance to fix it the next day, the dishwasher would not drain, he looked at it but had to order a part. So we had no dishwasher the whole time and we have a big family and eat most meals in the room. He also changed out 2 or 3 plugs for us that looked like they had burned. The living room did not have enough furniture for a big family, it looked nothing like the picture. The patio doors was so had to open the track needed to be cleaned out. Master bathroom had mold on the door and the shower head. The floor was just gross. The unit truly needs a deep cleaning and an update.

The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The kitchen is roomy. The elevator was quick no long wait for the 16th floor. Pool and hot tubs are nice and right on the beach . It’s needs a deep clean and update . Bathtubs have mold around the shower doors, fridge has liquid under the shelf that needs to be cleaned. The dryer is about to quit. Need to update pots n pans. Need more towels. Dust in corners and baseboards. Dresser broken.p couch 142 Skyline Ct chai needs cleaning . I asked about the beach chairs and was told they don’t have them but found them later in the week. I read the reviews and brought cleaning supplies and used them. Management was quick to respond and friendly but wasnt really familiar with this unit. Wi-Fi instructions for the unit didn’t work ( hoping it was stronger) was able to use the communal WiFi. This unit has so much more potential.

Great Space - Needs Updating and MAJOR cleaning!!

The space in this condo was great for our family! It was big enough for everyone to feel as if they weren’t crowded. The cleanliness of the condo however, was awful. There was sand all over the floor, the sheet rock around the showers was rotted and had horrible patch work. There was a whole in the wall in the common bathroom, mildew and mold in the master shower. All of the doors need to be replaced, especially the front door. It looks like some sort of animal chewed on it. More non stick pans wouod be nice, silverware that wasn’t tarnished. The patio furniture is all rusted and the patio door from the living room to outside barely shut and made a hollowing noise if it wasn’t locked. Almost all of the curtains were broke and need to be replaced as well. The master bed wasn’t horrible. The other two beds Al were decent. Could have been worse but weren’t awful. The location was ok but next time we will stay closer to pier park. Overall the space again, perfect but MAJOR cleaning and updates need to be done. Especially for the price we paid.
