Victorian family home in Preston, a charming Cotswolds village near Cirencester. Sleeps 6 in 3 double en-suite bedrooms, with an optional 4th en-suite room available on request for an extra fee, sleeping up to 8. Enjoy a French-style courtyard, parking for 4 cars, local walks, and easy access to Cirencester and the Cotswold Lakes. Up to 2 pets welcome.
The accommodation is the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a wonderful stay in the idyllic Cotswolds, whether it be using the house as a base from which to explore the Cotswolds, or relaxing at the house with its courtyard and perhaps taking in some local country walks.
Preston House spans across two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests and dating back to the 19th century with original features.
Guests enter through the private courtyard, into a bright kitchen-diner with seating for 6 people. The kitchen has a Ninja multi- functional table-top oven, including an air fryer, giving guests flexibility around meal times.
Through the kitchen is the living room, with plenty of seating, a modern TV and Wi-Fi.
The first floor has 3 spacious double rooms, each with en suite bath/shower and WC. The bedrooms have a view of the garden and meadow or courtyard and village. All bedrooms have a TV and there is plenty of storage space. All bedrooms come with hotel-quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries, winter and summer feather duvets, and a choice of feather or non-feather pillows. Three of the bedrooms have original internal wooden shutters and all rooms have lined and interlined curtains.
Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on request at time of booking, as a fourth bedroom can be made available, which also includes an additional en-suite. An additional nightly fee will be applicable.
Outside is an illuminated courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco. In the driveway there is parking for 4 cars.
Please, no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
Up to two well behaved dogs are very welcome! Please provide details at time of booking so we can confirm suitability for the property. There is an additional fee of £30.
Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot)
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to give you access to the accommodation sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guests will have private access to the whole accommodation of the West Wing, including the private courtyard area.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
