Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, quiet little place in Dubrovnik suburbs. It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.
Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed.

Immediately at arrival, the owner Tatiana gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay and explore the area, The appartment is clean, cosy and has all comfort needed for us and our two children, The terrace and swimmg pool are a great place to relax, The appartment is located outside of the busy Dubovnik but as you have a supermarket, restaurants &, a bus stop on walking distance, you are close everything but can enjoy a quiet evening as well! We loved it!

Villa Roza is in a beautiful little town not far from the old town, about 20 minutes by bus, The mountains join together and there is a bay with fisherman boats,the view is breath taking, The people who host us where welcoming,brought us fresh fruits from there trees, and even if they did not speak much english they did there best and called someone on the phone that also works with them to answer questions, The studio we rented was very clean, Just enough space for a couple, There is also a clean pool, but in late September the water is quite cold, We enjoyed our stay and if we ever get a chance to go back we keep Villa Roza in mind,

the apartment was very clean and perfectly furnished with everything we needed, The host was extremly friendly and helpful concering the route we wanted to take, thing in and around Dubrovnik, Bus, etc,,, She was also very flexible with leaving and arriving times, For this price we couldn't have found anything better, It's just a bit out of town, but that we knew before and by bus it was no problem except that they only accept kuna, The size of the apartment was alright for one night but for four people it would have gotten a little tight in there since the sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room, Overall, a very good experience

The apartment was spacious and stylish with a lovely contemporary bathroom and everything we needed for our three night stay as a family of 4, Tatyana, our host was extremely welcoming and helpful, telling us about restaurants, things to do, transport details and even driving us to the port to get a boat to the island of Lokrum, It is an easy 20 min bus ride into the Old City but there are also one or two nice restaurants nearby in Rozat, The pool provided a welcome cooling off spot and although shared between potentially 4 apartments, we often had it to ourselves, Highly recommended - we had a lovely time,

Just outside the city centre this apartment is great to escape after a busy day in the city, Clean, modern and with the best shower I have ever used the apartment was just what we were looking for, The host Tatjana was so welcoming and even ordered pizzas for us as we arrived too late to buy food anywhere, The following morning she drove us to the supermarket so we could pick up groceries, Always on hand to help and with useful information Tatjana was awesome! The apartment is a 15-20 min (depending on how busy the port is when you drive through) bus journey from the old town and buses go past every 15 minutes and come back right up to 2am, We would definitely recommend villa roza to anyone and would come back and stay here again,
