Gatherings:
Please respect the maximum number of guests indicated in your booking. Exceeding this limit will be considered a gathering. Most of our apartments do not allow gatherings; however, small visits from friends or family are welcome. Any exception must be approved in advance.

- Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Kindly remove the card from its holder whenever you leave the apartment, as it helps us preserve sustainable energy.

- Kindly note that each accommodation is provided with a single key card access. In the event of loss or the need for additional cards, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost of the replacement card, as well as any extra electricity usage incurred due to the absence of the original card.


*IMPORTANT*: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.4 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
