Lovely house very comfortable. Perfect garden for my grandchild and dogWell equipped kitchen . Quiet area but walking distance of Aviemore Beencoming to Aviemore for 7 yrs best house by far would highly recommend the house too my friends Coming up for two weeks next year

Return guests to this property and another excellent stay. Standards have been maintained and it is spotlessly clean and warm and cosy with everything you could possibly need. The beds are lovely and comfortable and 3 excellent shower/ bathrooms allow everyone space and privacy. The downstairs bedroom and shower room is perfect for anyone with mobility issues.It is in an ideal location, close enough to the centre for everything and quiet and restful. Plenty of space to park 3 cars comfortably off road and there are lovely walks starting from the side of the house with a great cafe for breakfast and lunch a 10 minute walk away.Wonderful stay thank you, will be returning again.

Great area to visit.house is situated in a nice quiet location and just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Aviemore .house is clean and well equipped so I would recommend staying here

The four of us stayed in this lovely holiday home from February 9th to 19th, 2026. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We lacked nothing. We also used the spacious dining area for playing games in the evenings. We really enjoyed the area at this time of year. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this house. Thank you! The property was of a good size and suited us as a family of 7 very well with plenty of room for us to sleep in. The rooms were clean and facilities generally all up to good standard. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen area allows for a good number to sit. We didn't cook but the kitchen appeared well equipped. A few small areas needed a bit of attention such as the kitchen lighting where a few bulbs don't appear to work and some of the lamps in the bedrooms didn't work either but these can be easily fixed. In all a very pleasant stay and the host was very helpful at the booking stage. Check-in was very straight forward.

Comfortable home

This is a very nice house in a residential neighborhood. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, good showers and the best laundry setup we've encountered in Scotland.The only disappointment was that the reclining sofas that were depicted when we booked our rental have been replaced by standard sofas. I understand that these things happen, but it would be good to add in some ottomans so that feet can be put up after a long day.
