The accommodation was nice, but the service was not. The accommodation is very conveniently located, clean, and has plenty of shopping options nearby. The kitchen is simple but adequate. The mattresses in the double bed, however, are a disaster! Very cheap, worn, and saggy; they should have been replaced years ago. A disgrace for the price. We considered sleeping on the floor. One of us ended up sleeping on the sofa. The service provided by the landlord was not perfect. Upon arrival, the wastewater tank indicator showed that it was full, and we didn't know if the toilet and shower were even usable. The landlord, the company "Pass the Property," knew nothing about it, and the marina operator informed us the next day that the sensor was defective, but the tank had been pumped out and was empty. The landlord should have known this and at least given some warning. On the second day, Sunday afternoon, there was suddenly no electricity on the houseboat. This meant no water, no light, no toilet or shower, and no use of the kitchen. Here, too, the landlord couldn't help and was nice, but clueless and helpless. They tried to contact an electrician, but it was pointless on a Sunday afternoon. As it turned out, the houseboat's power had been shut off via computer, how and why is unknown. With the help of neighbors and the marina's operating company, Aquavista, the power was restored late that evening. No help or support from "Pass the Property." From then on, it was a very pleasant stay
