Genießen Sie 2 gepolsterte Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme auf dem zuckerweißen Sand. Wert über $ 30. 00 ein Tag! Wir haben unsere Wohnung mit einem 60 "4K Smart TV aufgerüstet !! Neben dem berühmten Restaurant Schooners. Wir sind stolz auf unseren außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice und die kleinen Extras, die einen Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem machen. Wir bieten hochwertige Möbel und Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie in den meisten Eigentumswohnungen nicht finden werden!

Der Wohnbereich bietet ein Queen-Schlafsofa, einen Sofa, einen Liegesessel und einen 60-Zoll-4K-Smart-TV mit Blu-Ray-DVD-Player. Wir bieten sogar eine Auswahl an Blu-Ray-DVDs, Büchern und Spielen.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Memory Foam-Matratzenauflage und einen 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit Blu-Ray-DVD-Player. Die Bunk Area hat Twin Size Etagenbetten. Die Kinder werden die Kojen lieben. Sie sind auch groß genug für Erwachsene.

Das Master-Bad beherbergt eine Kombination Badewanne / Dusche. Das zweite Vollbad befindet sich neben dem Hauptflur und bietet eine große Marmordusche mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Die Küche bietet Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ist komplett mit viel Geschirr ausgestattet. Alle kleinen Geräte, die Sie benötigen könnten. Ich habe sogar einen CrockPot, einen Toaster und einen Gewürzständer dabei! Mehrere Restaurants sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn Sie keine Lust zum Kochen haben!

Der Essbereich hat einen Tisch mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen. Es gibt 3 Barhocker im Barbereich der Küche. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Sister trip to PCB - perfect condo - everything was just as described - exceptionally clean, comfortable & lots of room! Great condo

The condo it super nice and the kitchen is well stocked. Make sure you load your car the night before or early morning because the elevator situation at check out is a little crazy. The property owner is super nice and easy to communicate with and even left me a bottle of wine and thank you note with made it super personal.

This is our ”go to” place for the Beach

We have stayed in Kathy and Jim’s condo for 5 years and we don’t waste time looking at other rentals on VRBO. We know we will be stepping into a super clean wonderfully decorated condo. Amazing condo!

We booked this property because we were drawn to the idea of Beach Therapy and we were not disappointed! The condo was so clean, well stocked, and decorated with a fun beach theme. The view was absolutely stunning and we loved watching the sunset over the ocean in the evenings. During the day we enjoyed relaxing on the included reserved padded chairs on the beach and the kids had so much fun going back and forth between the ocean and the pool. This was definitely a laid back and family friendly area on the beach compared to other busier areas we visited. Kathy was so responsive and accommodating to our inquiries and we really appreciated the attention to all the little details that made this vacation so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo with lots of thoughtful touches!

Beautiful condo! Real furniture - drawers work smoothly, couches and chairs are comfortable as is the bed in the master. Reserved parking space was a nice plus as were the reserved chairs. Great balcony view and the furnishings on the balcony made it a pleasure to sit and enjoy. Everything was labeled which was hugely helpful! All of the light switches and remotes, info on the fridge, etc. There was a basket on the counter that was a care package that contained a few snacks, local info, and some essentials. Beautiful pool and beach area. Loved the condo and the thought that went into making our stay great! Will definitely book again.

Loved our first stay in PCB

My wife and I decided to try a new location along the Florida panhandle and chose the Seychelles resort in Panama City Beach. We rented "Beach Therapy" on the 13th floor of the complex and found it to be a lovely condo with an outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sands of PCB. Our host, Kathy Gesslein, was excellent. All our communication with her was timely and personal. We never felt like a renter, but rather a guest. The condo was clean and well cared for. Access is secure and check-in is easy too. The master bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bathroom space between the two in the condo. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen tools and appliances. You will need some supplies. The complex is nice, including two fairly large pools, a spa, and direct access to the beach. A beach set-up for two was provided, and David, the attendant was super helpful. He came around occasionally to reposition the umbrella as the sun tracked throughout the day. Tip him if he works for it as he did with us. You have a private, covered, and reserved parking spot which was clutch! Since the property is on the far eastern side of PCB, we had to drive to some of the places we wanted to go. There is a great restaurant right next door to the complex. It was a bit pricey, but the food and drinks were good. Ice cream and pizza are nearby as well. Grocery stores (Publix and Piggly Wiggly) were pretty close and more desirable than going to the Walmart Supercenter.

Beautiful!

Property was 5* and easily one of the nicest we have stayed at on the property. Owners were easily accessible and everything you could need was provided. Cannot wait to book and stay again!

Nothing short of perfection!!

This is by far the cleanest, well stocked, and well cared for condo I have rented on VRBO!! My family felt like an extension of our hosts’ family. They sent us all the needed information up front. They really put alot of thought into the rental process. Their small touches made us feel so welcome. I can’t recommend this condo enough. If you are questioning booking this room, take it from me, DO IT!!

Perfect Vacation Week

We had a perfect week for our family vacation! Kathy was great communicating with and the unit was amazing! We spent the days at the beach and pool and the evenings sitting on the porch, looking at the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. I also loved the toiletries and starter pack of cleaning items left to help us out before we went shopping for supplies for the week! The owners of this unit really take their time to make the renter feel extra special! We will definitely go back!

Amazing View! Super Clean!

This condo is a Gem! We stay here every time we come to PCB! The condo is in a perfect location and we KNOW we will be staying in a super clean condo, with excellent decorations and stocked with ever thing you need. Jim and Kathy are more than a host, they treat you like a friend!

We chose Seychelles because of its beauty & location. The property is located on the less crowded east end of Thomas Dr. & out of the heavy traffic of Front Beach Rd. It is a very secure, well maintained property with a lot of extras to offer.

There are several popular restaurants & lounges within walking distance including Schooners "The Last Local Beach Club", Cantina Del Mar Fresh Mexican Grill, Patches Pub & Grill, and Shore Shack Pizza.

PCB has a lot to offer! Do as much or as little as you want. You'll have a great time and will want to come back again and again!!
