The house is divided into two levels distinguished as living area and sleeping area.

On the first level you will find immediately after the entrance, an elegant living room with an adjoining balcony, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee always available and free of charge.

Immediately adjacent there is a complete kitchen equipped with a table and chairs; to conclude the floor there is a first bathroom complete with accessories with shower.

Going up to the second floor we find a corridor that leads to the two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and accessories.

At the end of the floor there is the second bathroom complete with all accessories and equipped with a bathtub.

Each guest upon arrival will also find a courtesy welcome kit.

In addition and always free of charge, you will find a pair of bedroom slippers, a bathrobe, a towel, a hand towel and a guest.

In addition to the two floors described, you will find a relaxation terrace with a solarium area complete with sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunny days in total privacy.

In the immediate vicinity of the structure, there is a supermarket, a laundromat, a pharmacy, a beauty center and many other shops useful for your stay.

The city of Noci is excellently positioned to visit many tourist places in the area such as Alberobello; Grotte di Castellana, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Locorotondo, Ostuni and finally Matera.
