With 2 bedrooms, this recently renovated apartment features a terrace, a living room and a flat-screen TV with free WiFi. A modern apartment located on the popular development of Terrazas de Costalita, a beautiful and private complex on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit, only a 10 minute drive from Estepona town. We have two bright and spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area and a quality fully fitted kitchen with balcony. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all you may need for your holiday along with a laundry area with washing machine. The lounge has direct access to the south west facing balcony with a lovely view over the community gardens and swimming pool. A spacious en-suite master bedroom with two single beds set up together to form a super king size bed and the second bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms provide plenty of storage space in its built-in wardrobes. Both bathrooms in the apartment are equipped with bath, over head shower, WC, and hand basin. This property is fully air conditioned and offers private parking in the underground garage. The secure community has beautiful and well-maintained gardens with tropical and Mediterranean plants and a large community swimming pool with separate childrenâs pool and a local bar. There is direct access to the local beach which makes this property the perfect option for your family holiday.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: 4pm - 7pm is free. If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive between 7pm-10pm the fee is âŹ50. If you arrive between 10pm-12am the fee is âŹ70. After 12am the fee is âŹ100
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
