The villa
This spacious villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, allowing a group of up to 8 people to stay overnight. Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with a 160*195 double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds of 90*195. All bathrooms have a shower and toilet, there is 1 bath in the villa and 2 bidets. The greenery, spacious kitchen and living room provide various seating areas and the well-stocked bar is a real eye-catcher.
With 250mbps, the villa is also suitable as a workplace. The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and air conditioning in the lemon bedroom for the summer months.

The garden
In the spacious enclosed garden is a lovely swimming pool with a sun deck and 4 sun loungers. Spread throughout the garden are several terraces for both a sunny and a shady spot.

The location
The villa is situated in a rural area, which makes the garden an oasis of calm, but at the same time the good accessibility offers all the possibilities for excursions. The villa is located in the Peral district in São Brás de Alportel, on the paved road.

The area
São Brás de Alportel is a city located between the mountains and the sea, just 20 minutes from Faro airport. The area surrounding the villa is ideal for hiking, cycling, a round on the golf course, horse riding and many more activities. But São Brás de Alportel is also the perfect starting point for a relaxing day at the beach, a snack or drink at one of the many restaurants, a tour of the cork factory or a wine or olive oil tasting.
