This light, bright, airy property is a fantastic, spacious abode for a family holiday with views of Westward Ho! seafront from the balcony. Ideally located for those who love to be beside the sea, you''ll be just metres away from beachside fun, with the sea pool, surf schools and vast sandy shore waiting for you.
Perfect for gathering, the spacious open-plan living space is flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, with a corner sofa and dining table providing seating to marvel at the exceptional sea views. The kitchen area is modern with a colour palette inspired by the sea which is sure to set your creative juices flowing when it comes to cooking up a family meal. When it''s time to head to bed, you can take your pick from the two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with a twin bed which can be made up as a super king upon request. Completing the layout is the contemporary bathroom which has been finished to a high standard featuring subway tiles, a large bathtub and a rainfall shower overhead. From the open-plan living area, you can access the balcony to sit and sip your morning coffee with a breathtaking view, or head downstairs and chill out on the shared lawn.
Avid golfers will enjoy the opportunity for 18 holes at the Royal North Devon Golf Club (1 mile), whilst walkers will benefit from having access to two of the most loved trails in the area, the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail.
