The ground floor offers beautifully decorated living/dining areas and the open plan kitchen with modern fittings and fully equipped for all your home cooking needs.
There are 2 double bedrooms and there is a bathroom with a shower enclosure.
On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and a reading/working space.
The lower floor has two additional bedrooms.
One is an en-suite bedroom with three single beds and a bunk bed. The other is a double bedroom, which can only be accessed through this en-suite bedroom.
Outside there is a large private swimming pool ( Pool heating as an optional extra), surrounded by a lawn garden with sunbeds and a brick built traditional BBQ and seating that will comfortably accommodate everyone staying at the villa.
Outside you will also find a gate with access to the common areas of the complex, where another swimming pool is located.
This villa also offers private parking for 3 vehicles.
Villa Raul is located in the beautiful region of Quarteira, close to golf courses, restaurants, bars, supermarket and only 1.5km from the best golden sandy beaches.
