Unlike hotels we have no way of checking identity of our guests on arrival, so we will ask you to e-verify your details via their Know Your Guest form where you will have an opportunity to choose an optional non-refundable damage waiver @ £35 per stay, covering you for any accidental damage claims on Airbnb or VRBO and direct bookings, up to £500.
This does not cover malicious damage, damage caused by breaking house rules.
