Welcome to our bright, spacious apartment in the heart of Miraflores! Offering stunning views of the pool, beach, and mountains from your large, private terrace. Just a 10-minute walk away from the beach, and with cafes and restaurants only a short walk from the apartment. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, a business trip, or remote working. Guests also have access to a large communal pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. Book your stay and experience the best of Mijas with unbeatable views!
I am very excited to welcome guests to my bright and spacious apartment in the heart of Miraflores in Mijas Costa!
My apartment is on the 3rd floor of a lovely complex and comes with lift access.
It sleeps up to 4 people (one double bedroom and one double sofa bed). The apartment is all on one level, with marble flooring throughout and modern comfortable furnishings. Wi-Fi, aircon, and heating are included.
The entrance hallway leads to an open plan living dining room, leading onto a large private terrace with views over the gardens and pools, and superb views of the sea and mountains. There is a dining table and chairs on the terrace for al fresco dining or soaking up the sun.
The living area has air-conditioning, a corner sofa (converting to a double sofa bed), a chair and a table and chairs seating four people. There is a flat-screen TV (with international channels).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, grill oven, automatic washing machine, and small appliances and utensils.
The double bedroom comes with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers for all your storage needs.
In the bathroom, you will find a bath (with shower over), toilet, bidet, and sink. There is a large mirror with shelving above the sink.
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person).
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.
ADDITIONAL EXTRAS
Pool/beach towels are available upon request at the time of booking. An additional cost is chargeable.
A travel cot (linen not provided) & highchair are available upon request at the time of booking. An additional cost is chargeable.
For longer bookings, a mid-stay clean & linen change can be provided upon request. An additional cost is chargeable.
Guests have full access to the whole apartment during their stay, including the large terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the sun.
There are landscaped communal gardens and two swimming pools, both with children’s pools, on-site. (Pools are available seasonally.)
There is free allocated parking in the basement garage.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check-in to this property is by a personal Meet & Greet service between 3pm and 11pm. Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge will apply.
Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Pool/beach towels are available to rent at an additional charge. To be requested at time of booking.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
