Die 2 Badezimmer verfügen über Handtücher und Haartrockner. Beach and Basketball Tourney

Property was extremely clean and in immaculate condition. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook several breakfast and dinner meals. The view is the golf course from the patio balcony was beautiful. The community pool was very well maintained and enjoyed by our kids. We were within 10-15 minutes of the beach and all the activities Myrtle had to offer. We loved our stay!

Perfect for a golf vacation

This property was perfect for our golf vacation. Centrally located to many of area golf courses. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed cocktail hour by the pool or on the balconey overlooking the golf course. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Golf Getaway

This condo was perfect for our group of four. Updated and very clean. Host’s kept in contact to make sure our stay was going well and provided all the information we needed before arrival and prior to departure. Location is only a short drive from the airport and the downtown area. Would highly recommend!

Simply Amazing!

We had an incredible stay at Steve and Deb's condo. The condo was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. The pool and grounds were beautiful. We appreciated all the extras that the owners provided making it feel like home. We loved the place so much we already booked it again for next year.

Wonderful Vacation

We spent 2 great months at this location. Loved it. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Everyone was friendly. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of an adult community. Only a few miles away from restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this condo. The owners were especially friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Deb and Steves was better than expected. Every detail has been thought of and it was well stocked which saved us from having to run right out for supplies. The condo was clean and very well decorated. Check in and out was super easy. We golfed more than we ever have in the three weeks that we stayed and hope to return next year!

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was a comfortable, cool, and elegant escape from the activities in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Garden City or Brookgreen Gardens. There is no question that there is a lot to do and explore in the area, and in the summer heat it is nice to return to a well-appointed home base to recharge. Thank you Deb and Steve!

Beautiful, home like feel condo!

We can’t express enough how wonderful this place is... and the hosts!!! Truly everything you need is there... to coffee pods to beach towels! The condo is in beautiful condition and nicely decorated. Steve and Deb are fantastic hosts. They checked in on us via email to make sure we were happy and if there was anything we needed, to contact them. Truly a home away from home and highly recommended! Golf Getaway

The condo was beautiful. We felt right at home. All the extras that they gave you were much appreciated. The condo owners were especially helpful when we had an airline change. They went out of there way to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was nice to have a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the golfers go by. We will definitely be back! Amazing time.

Clean & Cozy

A well appointed condo with all the amenities of home. Very comfortable seating ~ leather sofa, love seat and chair with ottoman. Large TV’s in every room. Beds are super comfortable. Not much seating in any kitchen/dining area; won’t be a problem if you are out and about and/or on the go for most meals. There is stool seating for 3 at the counter. Owners provided spring water, trash bags, coffee(Keurig), tp, plenty of nice towels, hand soaps, sanitizer, etc. Owners are pleasant, communicative and check-in just to make certain your all good to go. Would definitely stay again in this condo if away in Myrtle with a party of four or less.

Family Vacay @ Myrtle Beach 24'

We had a wonderful stay at Deb & Steve's Villa. Check-in was a breeze with door pins and a detailed list of the villa, features and attractions emailed to us 3 days prior to our arrival. The 3rd floor location was almost effortless to access and unpack with the elevator onsite. The home was clean and had a comfy modern vibe (Didn't feel like grandmas house) with flat screens in every room and an HDMI access to plug up my Xbox for late night gaming after the kids were asleep! Fresh clean linens, ridiculous amount of towels, complementary coffee and bottled water on arrival was a plus. Everything was at max 10mins from the location which was very convenient for mid day breaks. Comfy leather couches (legs didn't stick as much as I thought). Loved the Cali King bed in the master and the kids were well rested on the 2 full size beds in the guest room. Pool passes were conveniently placed at the office desk in the hall along with a list of affordable places to eat and flyers/coupons for near by attractions. All that being said, I would definitely recommend this villa for your getaway or family vacation, would for sure book in the future! Thanks Deb & Steve! - The Simpsons

Golf Course Condo

My wife and I are seasoned VRBO travelers, having stayed in many different locations. This is by far one of the nicest condos that we have ever booked. The view of the World Tour Golf Course from the balcony, living area and Master bedroom was fabulous. I was able to sit on the balcony watching golfers teeing off on the number one hole and coming down the ninth fairway. The course was in fantastic shape, with wild life everywhere. including the fox squirrel that I thought was going to run up my leg and the crow that stole my lunch out of my cart, LOL. The furniture was extremely comfortable especially the King size bed in the MB. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, especially water and Keurig coffee, tea and hot choc. Entry was extremely easy with a keypad lock. the owners were very helpful with anything we needed. We will gladly book again and hope to to again next year. For golfers please note that the River Oaks course is only a half a mile away and numerous other courses are within 3 to 4 miles away.
