Great stay

This location was great for us. The communication with the owners was fantastic. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Felt very comfortable would definitely stay there again. I was surprised that the club house did not have a better restaurant and bar, would’ve been nice. The pool was nice but a little small for the amount of people that were there.

Beach and Basketball Tourney

Property was extremely clean and in immaculate condition. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook several breakfast and dinner meals. The view is the golf course from the patio balcony was beautiful. The community pool was very well maintained and enjoyed by our kids. We were within 10-15 minutes of the beach and all the activities Myrtle had to offer. We loved our stay!

Family Vacay @ Myrtle Beach 24'

We had a wonderful stay at Deb & Steve's Villa. Check-in was a breeze with door pins and a detailed list of the villa, features and attractions emailed to us 3 days prior to our arrival. The 3rd floor location was almost effortless to access and unpack with the elevator onsite. The home was clean and had a comfy modern vibe (Didn't feel like grandmas house) with flat screens in every room and an HDMI access to plug up my Xbox for late night gaming after the kids were asleep! Fresh clean linens, ridiculous amount of towels, complementary coffee and bottled water on arrival was a plus. Everything was at max 10mins from the location which was very convenient for mid day breaks. Comfy leather couches (legs didn't stick as much as I thought). Loved the Cali King bed in the master and the kids were well rested on the 2 full size beds in the guest room. Pool passes were conveniently placed at the office desk in the hall along with a list of affordable places to eat and flyers/coupons for near by attractions. All that being said, I would definitely recommend this villa for your getaway or family vacation, would for sure book in the future! Thanks Deb & Steve! - The Simpsons

Great Place

This condo was a great place to stay for the week! We had everything we needed and thensome. Steve and Deb were great communicators. We especially appreciated extra amenities like water and coffee when we arrived after 2 days of travel. The condo is so clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, too.

Wonderful Vacation

We spent 2 great months at this location. Loved it. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Everyone was friendly. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of an adult community. Only a few miles away from restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this condo. The owners were especially friendly and helpful.

Great Golf Getaway

This condo was perfect for our group of four. Updated and very clean. Host’s kept in contact to make sure our stay was going well and provided all the information we needed before arrival and prior to departure. Location is only a short drive from the airport and the downtown area. Would highly recommend!

Pictures Dont Do it Justice

This beautiful condo was even nicer than the photos indicate. The additional discount for seven days on an already reasonably priced rental made it extra special. The condo was impeccably clean and elegantly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The only two things we had to borrow /buy were a cheese grater and a 9 x 13 pan. Our owners even supplied things we ordinarily have to buy like bottled water, coffee, laundry, dish and hand soaps. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept in much later than usual on a couple of days. Our view from the balcony as we had our morning coffee and evening refresher was picture perfect. The weather of course was ideal. Even though the balcony was situated facing the World Tour Golf Course, it was always quiet enough to hear the dozen or so species of birds interacting while we read or worked on our laptops. Our owners actually prepared us well for every facet of our stay from directions for arrival to procedures for departure. When we couldnt locate our parking passes, they were right on it. (It appears I needed a couple more inches in height to locate them atop the refrigerator!) Throughout the week they texted to see if we had everything we needed and even gave us suggestions for things to do. We highly recommend this condo to any adult couples looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Perfect neighborhood and condo

We stayed here while attending a softball tournament. We were very close to many attractions in the area but still off the beaten path for a enjoyable quiet day. We enjoyed a Morning cup of coffee while overlooking the golf course

Simply Amazing!

We had an incredible stay at Steve and Deb's condo. The condo was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. The pool and grounds were beautiful. We appreciated all the extras that the owners provided making it feel like home. We loved the place so much we already booked it again for next year.

Our stay at Deb and Steves was better than expected. Every detail has been thought of and it was well stocked which saved us from having to run right out for supplies. The condo was clean and very well decorated. Check in and out was super easy. We golfed more than we ever have in the three weeks that we stayed and hope to return next year!
