Welcome to our stunning apartment on Hanover Street in the heart of Edinburgh! This beautiful property offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests, making it the perfect choice for families, friends, or business travellers.

Large, lovely flat in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. Plenty of space (and then some) for our group of five, including a massive kitchen/dining area and a comfortable living room. We had one maintenance issue during our stay which was handled promptly. Our only complaint is that the master bed, while comfortable, sits low to the ground and isn’t the easiest to get in/out of, which could be an issue for some people. Would definitely stay again.

Regarding the kitchen, please note that there is a microwave located on the right-hand side of the kitchen. There are two appliances there—one is a microwave, and the other is an oven. We understand this setup can sometimes be mistaken for two ovens, but this is not the case. Additionally, beneath the coffee machine, there is a warming drawer for plates. For laundry supplies, you should find powderpods either under the kitchen sinkin the wooden kitchen cupboard next to the windows. If you have trouble locating themhave any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to assist and guide you to the right place for any items you need. Great location and lovely flat. But tired with ice machine broken, wooden floors moving. Heating also turned off for when we arrived. No instructions of how to get the sofa bed to lie flat. Pretty good though all round.

Great location, comfortable beds, but issues

Great location for getting everywhere in Old and New Town. Apartment fronts on 2 main streets so is noisy day and night. The apt smelled mildewed upon arrival, couch was broken, lots of wear and tear on floors. I alerted the manager upon arrival. Communication not great. Someone came by 3 days later into our 7 day stay while we were out. Crazy glued the couch leg and found leaks under kitchen sink and in one bathroom that were causing the awful smell. The kitchen leak could not be easily fixed. If you plan on cooking in this rental- it’s not fully equipped for that. Great location, great beds, pricey for what it is.
