Nestled on the serene grounds of our property in West Sussex, with panoramic views of the Sussex countryside, a private hot tub, table tennis table and access to our tennis court. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or an active weekend getaway, our Boathouse offers a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty, promising an unforgettable experience.

THE PROPERTY
Our Boathouse has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with a cosy and intimate setting.
You will find a fully-fitted kitchen with a kettle, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and more. Fully equipped with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning essentials can be found in the kitchen, should you wish to use them.
Downstairs you will also find a large L-shaped sofa, a smart TV and a log burner perfect for those cosy evenings in.
Downstairs you will also find the shower room, with luxury toiletries provided for your stay. Linen and towels are provided. Additional towels and robes are provided for use in the hot tub.

THE LAND
During your stay, you will have access to the hot tub looking out across to your private lake. The hot tub is available all year round and perfect even in the winter months. Surrounding the Boathouse, the decked area has multiple seating areas, a fire pit and a gas BBQ. You will also have access to our 16 acres of land to walk around, and access to the tennis court, if you wish to use it. Please note there are no fish in our lake, so not suitable for fishing.

THE AREA
We neighbour Thakeham village, which has a very good local pub, The White Lion. Also neighbouring the amazing Kinsbrook Vineyard, which is a must-visit.
