Stable cottage, located within the grounds of Hales Farm, is surrounded by open fields often grazed by sheep making it a relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This spacious, detached property boasts a private, fully enclosed garden as well as access to the tennis court adjacent to the spacious parking area.

Inside you will find a warm and welcoming space, all on one level, boasting rural views from many of the rooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room provides a sociable living space, opening out onto the patio, with outside seating.

Bedroom one boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features a zip and link bed which can be made up as twins on request; and a further two single bedrooms are all comfortably furnished providing a cosy space to rest your head.

South Cerney is one of eight South Cotswolds parishes forming the Churn Valley. South Cerney's local pub, The Eliot Arms, is a three minute drive from the cottage and the popular town of Cirencester, often referred to as the capital of the Cotswolds; and numerous popular eateries are just a few miles away.
