Welcome to Delta, our treasured cedar-built seafront family home, lovingly offered for short-term holiday lettings and retreats. Delta has 8 suites:

You may also work with our private management team, choosing from world-class vegan chefs, yoga teachers, masseuses and wellness facilitators to customise your holiday or retreat.

Delta is a cedar architectural home designed by our grandfather, architect Michael Lyell, to reconnect people with nature in beauty and comfort. Triple-glazed panoramic windows and sliding glass walls keep you immersed in the vast sea horizon.

We do not sell this home (even when approached by high-profile buyers), but we share it with guests who value compassionate, eco-friendly living.

✔ Guest manages the fire (4–5 hrs heating; wood every 30–40 mins)
✔ Stays hot for ~24 hrs; can be maintained for days

No refunds: once prepared, heating success depends on guest fire management.
