Fleetwood is a fabulous family holiday home right on the beach front in East Wittering. With two balconies the full width of the house on both the first and second floors, the breathtaking view of the sea can be enjoyed from pretty much anywhere in the property. Fleetwood has been loved as a holiday home for generations and enjoyed a complete makeover in time for Summer 2019.

Fleetwood sleeps twelve in five bedrooms. The remaining 4 bedrooms all have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a king on the ground floor, two on the first floor and the large bedroom on the top floor has picture windows the full width of the room, with sliding doors out onto a private balcony. There is no better bed to wake up in on the beach front.

The property enjoys plenty of relaxing and entertaining space with a large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room on the ground floor, leading on to the secure and private beach front garden. There is also a sitting room on the first floor with sliding doors, the full width of the room, out onto the balcony.

Fleetwood is pet friendly and dogs can play to their hearts content in the secure garden. With the beach just through the garden gate, it is canine heaven. This stretch of the beach is dog friendly all year round. Dog owners are requested to clear up after their pets upon departure and pets are not permitted upstairs, in any of the bedrooms or on the soft furnishings.

Coney Six is a private residential estate so the road is quiet and all the neighbours very friendly. It is just a five minute walk into the village of East Wittering and a ten minute walk in the other direction to Billys on the Beach in Bracklesham Bay…undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the area and the only one on the beach front.

Fleetwood has plenty of parking for at least four or five cars on the drive and is secured by large iron gate.

For a large group holiday or multi generational family gathering, Fleetwood is hard to beat. Its beach front location and spectacular lay out make it the perfect family holiday home.
