The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the apartment has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another with two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Distrito Centro in Málaga is a vibrant and historic area that houses many of the city's most important landmarks. Highlights include the Málaga Cathedral, also known as La Manquita, the Alcazaba, a Moorish fortress, and the Roman Theatre.

The district boasts a variety of museums, such as the Picasso Museum, honouring the city’s most famous son, Pablo Picasso. Other notable museums include the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Centre Pompidou Málaga.

Calle Larios, the main shopping street, is lined with high-end boutiques, fashion stores, and traditional Spanish eateries. The area offers a diverse culinary scene with numerous tapas, bars, and fine dining options.

Located near the Mediterranean Sea, Distrito Centro provides easy access to the city's beautiful beaches, including Malagueta Beach, which is just a short walk from the city centre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Plaza de la Victoria, is just a 3-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
