IMPORTANT – GUEST REGISTRATION AND ACCESS CONTROL

For security reasons and in accordance with current regulations, all guests staying at the apartment must be properly registered before or upon arrival.

Access to the property's outdoor areas is monitored by video surveillance cameras for access control and security purposes. The number of people accessing and staying in the apartment may also be verified and must correspond to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

It is not permitted to accommodate or allow access to unregistered guests without prior authorization.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. These measures are intended to ensure security, compliance with applicable regulations and the proper operation of the accommodation.

Bed Preparation According to Occupancy

Beds are prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. This allows us to keep our cleaning fees as reasonable as possible, by preparing only the beds that will actually be used.

2 guests: only the double bed will be prepared.

If guests wish to use the beds separately, they must inform us in advance of their arrival. This service has an additional charge of €5, which covers the preparation of the additional bed and the extra bed linen.

If the request to separate the beds is made on the same day as arrival, an additional charge of €10 for the staff service + €5 for the extra bed linen will apply, for a total of €15.

We kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you require the beds to be separated, so that we can prepare the accommodation correctly before your arrival.
