Borgo Melograno - SOL Apartment

In the center of the Val di Chiana and close to Umbria I found this small farm surrounded by a group of buildings on top of a dominant hill from which you can enjoy both the Tuscan and Umbrian landscape. In practice it is a small village protected by 3 rings of typical Tuscan cypresses and by a huge variety of vegetation, from pines to olive trees. The property includes wonderful fields and woods where occasionally you can meet fallow deer, roe deer, wild boars, foxes and even wolves say the locals.
"Il SOL" is currently the largest apartment at Borgo Melograno. It is located on a panoramic hill in the heart of the Val di Chiana, near the Umbrian border, within a small hamlet immersed in nature and surrounded by cypress, olive, and pine trees, and private woods. From here, you can enjoy splendid views of the Tuscan and Umbrian landscapes, with Mount Cetona in the background.

The apartment has two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a large window overlooking the woods and fields of the estate. A spacious bathroom, a fully equipped full-size kitchen, and a private patio ideal for relaxing al fresco complete the apartment.

Upon request, the apartment can be connected to the neighboring SOL#, adding a third double bedroom, a second bathroom, and a kitchenette. In this configuration, the accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people—perfect for large families or groups of friends.

Both apartments are air-conditioned.
