This lovely 50m2 apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs.
The living room features a comfortable sitting area, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Filled with natural light, it’s a perfect space for relaxing or spending time with your group.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your cooking needs. A washer is also available for your convenience.
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second features two single beds. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and all beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom includes all the essentials, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our home is located conveniently in the Old Town. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The Old Town is a vibrant district filled with historic buildings and winding alleys. Dominating the skyline atop an extinct volcano, Edinburgh Castle houses Scotland’s Crown Jewels. Stretching from the castle to the Scottish Parliament and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Queen’s official Scottish residence, the Royal Mile is lined with traditional pubs, casual eateries, souvenir shops, and small museums.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Edinburgh Waverley, is just a 15-minute walk.
Edinburgh Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
