The Space:

Our maisonette blends classic and contemporary design elements to offer a comfortable and stylish urban retreat. The spacious living area is filled with natural light, featuring high ceilings with decorative molding and large windows. The parquet flooring, arranged in a herringbone pattern, adds a touch of elegance and warmth. The centerpiece of the living room is a large, comfortable L-shaped sectional sofa in dark grey fabric, complemented by colorful throw pillows and a round glass coffee table with a vibrant red vase and floral arrangement. A sleek black entertainment unit houses a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Milan.



The modern, minimalist kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry featuring integrated handles, grey tiled flooring, and a matching grey backsplash. Stainless steel appliances, including a built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, and range hood, provide all the modern conveniences. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, iron, and coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.

Just a few steps from the apartment, you’ll find the Porta Lodovica tram stop, served by lines 9 and 15, offering quick access to areas such as Porta Venezia, Navigli, Porta Genova, and Central Station. Within a 5-minute walk, you can also reach the Crocetta metro stop on the M3 (yellow line), which provides direct connections to the Duomo, Central Station, the Courthouse, and many of the city’s main business hubs.
