The Marco Polo Apartment is located in the sports area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be in the winter/summer area of Campo Smith; 800 metres away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services of Via Medail.



On the third floor without a lift, the accommodation consists of a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette and a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts).



From the living room, you can access a corner balcony connected to the kitchen.



The hallway leads to the three bedrooms: a double bedroom, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed with an additional pull-out bed.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of the ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is not included.
