We are excited to welcome you to our newly renovated 80 sqm 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Zurich city. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, the apartment offers a cozy “home away from home” experience, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities.

The Space:

The apartment is ideal for up to 5 guests and is tastefully furnished to provide a comfortable stay for solo travelers, business travelers, couples, and families alike.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer for your exclusive use (which is a rarity in Zurich, where most buildings only have communal laundry rooms in the basement).



For your comfort and convenience, the apartment also features high-speed 5G WiFi, a Smart TV, travel adapter, portable bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a fan in each bedroom during the summer months.



Nearby outdoor parking is available for rent at CHF25/day, subject to availability. A baby cot and airport transfer can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll enjoy complete and private access to the entire apartment. This includes two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, a full bathroom, a dining space, a dedicated workspace, and a balcony.

Getting Around:

The apartment is conveniently located with excellent access to Zurich’s public transportation network. Both the train station and tram stops are within walking distance.



The famous Bahnhofstrasse, renowned for its exclusive shops and luxury boutiques, is just 4 tram stops away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this apartment is located on the European 2nd Floor (2OG), which is two level above the street/ground floor (typically considered the 3rd floor by international/American standards). There is no elevator, so you will need to walk up the stairs.



Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.



Location & Atmosphere: Because the apartment is in a prime, trendy neighborhood, you can expect some city noise. If you require a completely quiet environment, this unit may not be the best fit for you.



Luggage Storage: Arriving early in Zurich? For your convenience, you can store your bags in our secure basement facility until 17:00 for CHF 25, allowing you to explore the city hands-free. Because we rent this space separately from the landlord, this fee applies only to guests who use it, keeping the base rental price lower for everyone else. Please contact us in advance to check availability.



Sofa bed is for the fifth guests only. If separate sleeping arrangement is required for less than 5 guests, sofa bed can be prepared for an extra charge.

We offer a self-check-in to make your arrival as flexible as possible. During your stay, we are available via the platform to answer any questions or provide assistance if needed. We do our best to respond within an hour.
