The Space:

The apartment offers a spacious and comfortable stay for up to 4 guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen features V-Zug appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils, and wine glasses. You'll also find a dishwasher and a private washing machine within the apartment (which is a rarity in Zurich, where most buildings only have communal laundry rooms in the basement).



Stay connected with 5G WIFI and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV. Additional amenities include a travel adapter, portable bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and fans in each bedroom for added comfort during the summer months.



For parking, outdoor spaces are available for rent nearby at CHF25 per day, subject to availability. A baby cot and airport transfer can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:

Apartment is on the ground floor with garden view to a private courtyard in front and an inner backyard behind.



Please note that the flat is located in a trendy neighbourhood, which may result in some noise disturbance. If you are looking for a very quiet environment, this accommodation may not be the right choice for you.



Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.



All windows are fitted with external metal blinds that can be fully closed for privacy and security. You can adjust the ventilation depending on how tightly the blinds are closed. Guests can feel secure and safe with this system and can leave the windows open without concern.



Luggage storage is available for early arrivals at CHF 25 until 5:00 p.m., subject to availability.As the storage facility is rented separately from our landlord and not all guests require this service, luggage storage is offered as an optional add-on rather than being included in the accommodation rate. Guests who wish to use this service are kindly requested to contact us in advance so that availability can be confirmed.
