Our wea view house is extremely well located: 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the town and 10/15 minutes by car from the first beautiful beach. The entire villa is a bright place, perfect to enjoy the sun and the natural light all the time.

From the terrace you can enjoy an amazing sea view and the village of Sant'Antioco.
The numerous windows provide daylight and constant ventilation, if left them open.
The house, built in the typical industrial style of red bricks, is perfect for those who like to stay in the town, move around by foot and at the same time reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the mediterrenean sea within a few minutes' drive.
You can also admire the beautiful pink residential flamingos, salt pans and other ruins of the Phoenician-Punic civilisation.

- Pets are welcome, we love them and they need to respect a simple rule: it is forbidden for them to jump on sofas and beds. Their needs have to be done outside the property and they have to be collected.
- Photos of the furnishings may change depending on any improvements to the facility.
- On arrival there is a tourist tax to be paid in cash only.
- Garbage collection is compulsory. Any violation may incur a fine.
