It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The only thing to mention is the handover of the keys, as they weren’t in the safe at the agreed time because they were still cleaning the flat. The house was also a bit chilly on that first night (I imagine because it was still April and they hadn’t had any guests yet), but we turned the heating on and by the next day it was comfortable. The hairdryer is very weak

Nice place, poor service. A comfortable, clean flat in a lovely residential area. Communication with the rental company was in English only, via email, WhatsApp and phone. I only managed to find the key box thanks to a friendly neighbour; it was hanging from a cable on the other side of the street. It was very disappointing – I didn’t want to go to England, just to Portugal.

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
This property is in complex where people live the pool, and sports facilities are great and the area is well kept. The cafe when is a great addition for coffee and ice cream. Parking on Sundays can be tricky when residents have family and parties. Top tip don’t go out in your car and lose your space. Some days are extremely quiet and lovely. The property itself was good a great size for a family of 5. Washing machine and dishwasher was really good us. The few things that stoped me giving full stars however is the outdoor furniture was dirty and unkept. I actually cleaned it down before and when we left, there was a broken glass in the cupboard that I cut myself on, there was only 5 glasses and 5 of us. Some minor utensils lacking in the kitchen. The living area and kitchen are not quiet as shown on photos and slightly more dated than shown and although the place was clean there was cobwebs everywhere. It’s clear it’s cleaned and used as a holiday rental but not deep cleaned. None of this spoilt our stay and we would book again but we would lower our expectations slightly.

Not good value for money. Place is nice but getting old. We were really upset with the non resolution of the problem with the dishwasher we were very disapointed to pay for a service we did not get. On top of that the flat was not very clean and ouside some chairs were broken and we have cleaned a lot of the pines from the trees. The inside pool was not working and it was not mentionned. The walls are very thin you easily hear the neighbours.
