This perfect 90 m2 getaway in Apulia offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor without lift access.
Set in a large apartment with a dedicated children's bedroom (two single beds for children's use only) and a master bedroom with an ensuite, this property has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
A private balcony overlooks the property's pool (shared with the other residents, but you'll have access to it throughout your stay).
The main living space is wide and open with a covered fireplace for those cosy evenings and a wide-flat screen TV with mirror-casting abilities to enjoy your shows and videos off your mobile devices.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook a meal and socialize.
The two single beds (for kids until 1.70 cm) and double beds are lined in hotel-quality linens meant for a good night's rest. Please be mindful that there is no baby crib.
Furthermore, fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The Apúlia and Fão area in Portugal is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer sun. With a mild climate and plenty of green spaces, the area is perfect for a summer getaway. Many cultural heritage sites also exist, such as the Apúlia Mills, the Esposende Mother Church, and the São João Baptista Fort. And, of course, no visit to Apúlia and Fão would be complete without spending some time on the beach.
With several beaches to choose from, including Praia de Suave Mar and Praia de Cepães, there's something for everyone. So come and enjoy the relaxed village atmosphere of Apúlia and Fão.
The property is easily accessible by car.
No public transport is nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car.
Porto is 50 km away from Apúlia e Fão, approximately an hour's drive.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
