The Space:

Villa Georgina is a spacious and welcoming villa designed for relaxing family holidays and group getaways in sunny Pernera.



The villa features a large private heated swimming pool, generous outdoor terraces, sun loungers and several seating areas perfect for enjoying the Cyprus sunshine throughout the year. Guests can dine outdoors beside the pool, unwind in the separate bar and relaxation area, or enjoy friendly games around the pool table.



Inside, the villa offers bright open-plan living spaces with comfortable seating, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Large patio doors allow plenty of natural light and provide easy access to the outdoor areas.



The villa includes multiple comfortable bedrooms with a mix of double and twin bed arrangements, making it ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. Modern bathrooms are located across the property for added convenience.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the private heated swimming pool, outdoor terraces, bar and relaxation area, pool table area and private parking. The property is exclusively for guests during their stay with no shared spaces.

Getting Around:

A car is not essential, as many beaches, restaurants, bars and local amenities are within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The area is also served by local buses connecting Pernera with Protaras, Kapparis and Ayia Napa. For guests wishing to explore more of Cyprus, car hire is recommended and private parking is available at the villa.

A 30% deposit ONLY is taken at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
