Das Taluswood Seven ist ein luxuriöses Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern sowie Pistenzugang und -ausgang in der oberen nordischen Region von Creekside. Dies ist ein ruhiger Komplex abseits der Massen, in der Nähe der Skipiste Lower Dave Murray und der Gondelbahn Creekside. Die Einheit wurde 2018 aktualisiert, um ein rustikales zeitgenössisches Design widerzuspiegeln.

Eine sichere, beheizte Garage, in der Sie Ihre Skier, Bretter oder Fahrräder aufbewahren können. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über alle neuen Geräte. Nespresso und Keurig Kaffeemaschinen. Queen-Bett im Master, mit Bad und einem Whirlpool. 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein separates Bad mit Dusche. Entspannen Sie vor dem Kamin. Brennholz ist inbegriffen (solange der Vorrat reicht). Sehen Sie sich Ihre Lieblingssportarten oder einen Film auf dem 60 "-Flachbildfernseher an. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat auch HDTV. Ensuite Waschmaschine und Trockner. Erdgas Weber BBQ auf großem, privatem Balkon. Ein gemeinschaftlicher Whirlpool in der Anlage befindet sich etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Nur in den Sommermonaten steht den Gästen ein Pool zur Verfügung.

24/7 Gästeservice durch unser erstklassiges Property Management Mountain Hideaways. Aufenthalte von einer Woche oder länger beinhalten einen wöchentlichen Service und Wäschewechsel.

Creekside ist bekannt für seine entspannte Atmosphäre, in der viele Einheimische und anspruchsvolle Besucher vor den Menschenmassen fliehen. An tollen Apres-Spots mangelt es nicht. Die Dusty's Bar & BBQ befindet sich neben der Gondelbahn Creekside. Das Aura Restaurant und die Cure Lounge in der Nita Lake Lodge, das Red Door Bistro und das Rimrock Cafe bieten alle unglaubliche kulinarische Erlebnisse. Tolle Pizza im Creekbread. Rolands Sportbar ist ein unkonventioneller Ort, um NHL und NFL zu sehen. Diese sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dieses Gerät befindet sich nicht auf einer Buslinie. Es wird dringend empfohlen, dass die Gäste mit einem Fahrzeug anreisen, da es schwierig ist, von unserem Platz aus zum Creekside-Dorf zu laufen oder in das Whistler-Dorfgebiet zu gelangen. Ein Taxiservice ist verfügbar.

High end, cozy, ski in/out rental

The stay was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the ski in/out was but on days we drove- parking is free in Creekside and very close. The wood burning fireplace with gas assist made relaxing after a day on the mountain extra easy. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs and the grocery store was under 10 minutes. The bed was comfy and the water was hot. The house felt very clean. I’d love to stay again when we come back.

Perfect for a Relaxing Stay at Whistler

We chose the perfect property for our stay in Whistler. The kitchen is among the best equipped I have experienced with a rental through VRBO. We enjoyed the relaxing living area with woodburning fireplace (the gas assist was awesome!) The beds were comfortable and we utilized the hot tub daily after skiing. Above all, the owners Larry and Sherri get a resounding 5 stars for being attentive and accomodating. They left a nice care package for us upon arrival which was much appreciated and even sent us a video of the ski in/ski out trail ahead of time. We would recommend a stay in this unit! Thanks, Larry & Sherri!

Great time here

This place exceeded my expectations and was location in a good quiet neighborhood. This was great for our family stay and made it more relaxing. The balcony was nice and on a clear night the sky was beautiful. The fire place was nice and the furniture was nice as well. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed all the cabin details in this place.

Beautiful location, comfortable stay!

We loved the apartment and enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, wood burning fireplace is a great plus! We felt very fortunate to stay here. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again. I would not classify this as a ski-in-ski out location. Note: In winter you need a 4x4 to get to this location and the garage cannot accommodate larger vehicles. There is no shuttle, Uber or available taxis if you have car trouble. The walk down the mountain is pretty though :-)

Warm & cozy

Our family had a wonderful time skiing in Whistler. This is a great place to stay that is convenient to the slopes. The wood burning fireplace was perfect for staying warm and cozy during the attic blast. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Experience

We very much enjoyed our stay. Both the unit and the neighbourhood are nice and quiet; well located, close to town but pleasantly out of the fray. The unit has a great kitchen, spacious deck, and a BBQ, all of which we appreciated. The hosts were very considerate and communicated well leading up to our stay. The property manager likewise stayed in touch. Overall, a great experience.

Nice stay! But treacherous ski in/out

Lovely place, nicely appointed. We opted to drive to the hot tub. Creek side is wonderful but we were glad to have a rental car to get to Whistler for dining and shopping. Ski in/out during low snow days are treacherous.. a literal skating rink within trees. We ran into someone who said that their friend broke an elbow for ski out and other members took off skis and slid down but still lost control.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

Had a great stay. We all found the beds especially comfortable, and really appreciated the televisions in all rooms, the fireplace was lovely and the unit is quiet which is great. The host and on site caretaker are very responsive. As is stated in the description- there is no bus service which could be a problem for some and the hot tub is not accessible by foot so was not convenient for us to use as you have to get into your car and drive there etc. also remember you need to bring Keurig coffee pods as there is no drip coffee maker.

Gorgeous snowy trees surround the property.

This condo is just so lovely from start to finish, top to bottom. Everything as advertised and more. We absolutely loved the classic mountain decor, comfortable family room with gas-assist wood burning fireplace with an incredibly cozy feel surrounded by huge snowy trees. The ski in and out trails are great for intermediate skiers in peak season, tons of snow made the trip to and from Dave Murray Downhill super fun. The beds are very comfortable, a welcome perk! Lots of opens for your coffee preference (french press, Nespresso, Keurig) plus a very well stocked kitchen. We will absolutely stay again. I just loved this condo complex. A blissful few days in the tranquil mountains.

January stay at Taluswood unit#7

We spent 4 great weeks at Whistler Creekside skiing and enjoying Whistler/Blackcomb. Taluswood apartment was great, clean and well supplied with all necessary items for cooking and cleaning. Property management was very responsive when asked for replenishing of bathroom and kitchen supplies. We really did appreciate that everything was as advertised and in good fate. My wife had unfortunate skiing injury in the last week of our stay and Larry and Sherry were very understanding when approving our request for late checkout. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and we are happy to endorse this property to future renters, beside the fact that Whistler is the great all year around playground for outdoor enthusiasts.

Taluswood #7 Feb 2020

We are very pleased with our experience at Taluswood 7. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Access is easy, yet it is high above Creekside in the peaceful forest. There is a ski in trail and a ski out trail, or a quick 2-3 minute drive brings you to the free parking garage at Creekside base. All the appliances in the kitchen are new. We enjoy cooking, and we’re happy to find a well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, and there is a grill on the spacious deck. Furniture and bedding are very comfortable which is key after a full day of hitting the slopes. Thank you!

Lovely stay. Love, love, love the gas assist fireplace!!

Lovely condo. However....Previous reviews commented on failure of pin pad on garage door to properly operate. Additionally, the remote garage door opener failed and requires some finagling to open the garage door. After a long day of travel the last thing we wanted was immediate challenges to garage access. Other than that, all was lovely. The kitchen is well appointed, but there aren’t any steak knives. We just shared the one small paring knife. Whistler is lovely and snow was great!

Beautiful forest view

For non-skiers this was a great place to relax and chill out in front of the wood fire for a few days. It snowed while we were there which was stunning. Having a garage was fabulous and the shops at Creekside were very convenient. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. We did find that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances (apart from a blender or Nutra-bulet) and the fireplace was fabulous. On arrival there were two partially burnt pieces of wood in the basket by the fire. We felt the wood basket should have been restocked prior to guest arrival, which after a long day of travel we really didn't feel like going back out to the garage to get wood. The apartment also felt like it was in need of a really thorough clean, (dusty and the cushions didn't feel fresh) noting we are very fussy. The wi-fi and TV in the second bedroom didn't work overly well. I do note that the hosts had highlighted to call if anything wasn't in order, however we decided not to worry so that is on us. The apartment felt considerably smaller than the photos in our opinion. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Beautiful location.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! Can’t wait to return!

This condo could not be more perfect for a family or even a couples trip. I have two kids and this place has plenty of room for everyone to have some quiet time after coming back from the slopes. Getting there was a breeze thanks to the very detailed directions provided by the owner. We walked in to a generous gift basket filled with goodies and a bottle of local wine. Such a nice treat after a long day of travel. There is also a book of resources answering almost any question you may have about the condo or about things to do in Whistler. We were able to stock up on groceries at the nearby market in Creekside and were able to make very nice dinners thanks to the gas grill and all of the cooking utensils they had on hand. I can’t forget to mention how wonderful it was to have a washer and dryer in the condo! We were able to pack light and wash as we needed. One thing worth mentioning, especially if you have kids, is that the WiFi works really well. The kids were able to stay in touch with their friends and download movies for the trip home. The ski-in/ski-out option is great for more advanced skiers, but with our kids were not able to use it. That said, driving into the Village just takes 10 minutes, and about a 5 minute drive to Creekside gondola. Finding parking wasn’t a problem and it was not expensive to pay for the day. One service I highly recommend is the Blacktie Ski service. We arranged for them to come to the apartment to fit us for all of our equipment. They bring everything directly to you and pick it all up after your done with it. We had a couple of changes from snowboard to skis and they happily came back out to bring the new equipment. Storing the equipment was easy as there is a space in the garage specifically for your ski equipment. There is no need to have to carry your equipment up and down any stairs! The property hot tube isn’t too far from the condo. You can walk, but we drove. It is an outdoor hot tub, but it gets super hot and the jets are strong. A nice treat after a day on the slopes. Overall it was an amazing vacation for me and my family. The condo was the perfect retreat for us. I can’t wait to return!

Such a cozy, comfortable, quiet place! You feel like you are nestled in the forest, yet are so close to the ski hill. Very good kitchen - everything you need. Would love to stay here again.

Creekside has a much more laid back vibe than the main village, and is less crowded during peak times. Free parking in Creekside. The Taluswood complex was built with quality in mind, and with unique touches that give it the "Whistler feel" of a mountain getaway.
