Villa Greco accommodates families and groups of up to 6 people and is designed to spend relaxing vacations within walking distance of the sea and services.
There are: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, children`s games, bookcase etc.

Villa Greco is an independent and self-contained villa with a large garden full of vegetation, plants and fragrant pine trees that provide shade and Mediterranean essences to several outdoor relaxation areas.
A spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs allows for al fresco dining. The interior rooms of Villa Greco are on several levels and are simply furnished.
There are: an entrance hall furnished with table, chairs and a mini kitchenette, large living room with sofa, fireplace and TV, 1 double room with single pull-out beds, 2 single rooms, 1 double room and 2 bathrooms , one of which is complete with shower. The kitchen is accessible from the outside.

Villa Greco stands in a residential area overlooking the sea and pine forest, in Leporano Marina. Beaches, as well as low and accessible cliffs, are nearby and within walking distance.
Minimarkets and services can also be reached in a few minutes. The beautiful city of Taranto, with its wonderful historic center, castle and swing bridge, museums, churches, and its characteristic seafood inns and typical cuisine, is just 12 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations..
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Second bathroom has no shower.
- In the nearby of Villa Greco there is a place that often organises musical events.
- Parking available for one car.
