Villetta Arimar is a lovely vacation home with garden for rent in Torre Lapillo, on the coast of Porto Cesareo. The beach is only 200 meters away.
The house is complete with accessories: air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, electric oven, TV, refrigerator. In the small garden there is an outdoor shower. Animals are allowed.

Villetta Arimar is fenced and has a small garden in front, furnished with table and chairs so you can spend time outdoors, lunch and dinner in the cool.
The entrance to the house is a corridor along which open the various rooms of the cottage.
To the right is 1 quadruple room, furnished with a double + single bed, equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Next to it is 1 air-conditioned double room . Besides being adjacent, the two rooms are communicating by a door.
At the end of the corridor is the living room with open kitchen, dining room, sofa and TV. Completes the interior of Villetta Arimar 1 shower room.
At the back of the cottage there is an outdoor space equipped with shower and sink.

Villetta Arimar is located in Torre Lapillo, in a privileged area within walking distance from the sea, both free and equipped beach, the center and all services.
Torre Lapillo is one of the most popular destinations for beach vacations in Salento, thanks to its beautiful beaches of soft, golden sand, its crystal clear sea and the seabed accessible to all ages.
Torre Lapillo offers all services and is very lively and well supplied in summer. It is just 6 km from the center of Porto Cesareo.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Water not drinkable.
