ACCOMMODATION
You are welcomed into a large bright reception hall. Off the reception hall you will find two double bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower.

The first floor accommodation has a bright large open plan lounge with sliding doors leading to the wonderful glass fronted balcony from which the truly breath taking outlook can be enjoyed. The master bedroom is also on the first floor with a sleek, contemporary ensuite four piece bathroom and large walk in wardrobe. The accommodation is completed by a substantial king size bedroom with an additional single bed.

KITCHEN AND DINING
There is an exceptionally spacious open plan kitchen and sitting area which has a wood burning stove beside the seats with a view! The kitchen has a wide range of cream and wood bespoke base and wall mounted units with granite worktops, integrated appliances and island unit. Through the kitchen there is a fitted utility room with laundry facilities and the side door opens on to the decking beside the hot tub.
