This area stands out for the famous Las Ventas Bullring, one of the most prestigious in the world of bullfighting. In addition, it is located very close to Francisco Silvela Avenue, Manuel Becerra Square, and the iconic streets of Alcalá or Goya.
The neighbourhood is the perfect option for residents and visitors, thanks to its extensive variety of shops and restaurants, as well as its typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces that guarantee a great experience for those who want to get to know Madrid.
This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with different bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that directly connect with Sol and Gran Vía, which makes reaching the centre of Madrid very quick and easy.
The apartment:
Ideal for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in an unbeatable location, this cosy apartment with capacity for up to 5 people is located in the interior part of the fourth floor of the building.
The dining room is a bright space, it has a television, a spacious dining table that integrates a pleasant American kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils. In turn, this space has an exit to a wonderful terrace with furniture and a good orientation.
It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have two double beds, and one has an en-suite bathroom, the other room has a single bed. In addition, the apartment has another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WIFI, heating and central air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to be able to coordinate the key handover.
