Villa Irene is a large vacation villa nestled in the green Apulian countryside in the Ostuni area. The villa accommodates up to 4 people on vacation in the Valle d`Itria.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, bookcase, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster etc.
The villa has large outdoor spaces equipped for spending time outdoors, equipped with outdoor shower and parking.

Outdoor stairs lead to the terrace where there are comfortable deck chairs for sunbathing or watching the sky on starry nights in Puglia.

Villa Irene is a cool vacation villa in Puglia, in the countryside of the Valle d`Itria, along a contrada between the towns of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, both very beautiful, with historic centers worth visiting.
The villa makes it possible to reach in a few minutes by car all the most beautiful towns in the Valle d`Itria, as well as the beaches of the Marina di Ostuni about 13 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
