The Milk House is situated just on the edge of the South Downs National park and there are lots of lovely walks that link directly onto the down link for miles of countryside to explore.

This delightful 2-bedroom cottage offers a cosy living room, complete with a freeview TV, DVD player, and a log burner, to cosy down on a winters evening. Adjacent to the living area is a bright conservatory, perfect for family dining while soaking in the natural light.

The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, and cafetiere.

Upstairs, guests will find a spacious king-size bedroom with stunning garden views, leading to a second bedroom featuring two small single beds, ideally for under 12s. The relaxing bathroom features a luxurious roll-top bath and a hand-held shower.

Step outside to the tranquil garden, complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ, swing ball set, and a delightful sandpit for children to enjoy.

For families travelling with little ones, the owner provides amenities such as a travel cot, stair gate, high chair, and baby bath. Guests are invited to explore the owner's land, offering a tree swing and a woodland trampoline for added outdoor fun.

Situated adjacent to The Artisan Bake House, guests have the unique opportunity to partake in classes during their stay, the Artisan Bakehouse is a multi-award winning Bread Making School and have a range of classes to suit all levels.

As a special welcome gesture, guests receive a delightful welcome pack filled with home made treats, including a freshly baked loaf of sourdough and honey sourced from the on site beehives.
