The Palazzo Visconti di Modrone structure includes a large elegant apartment of about 100 square meters and an elegant apartment of about 37 square meters.
We are located in the heart of Milan a short distance from the San Babila metro stop.
The area is well served by public transports: San Babila metro station (red line) and tramways 2, 3, 12, 14, 16, 24 and 27 are mere minutes away.

This luxurious apartment of approximately 100 square meters was completely renovated and refurnished at the end of 2023 with fine finishes; the brands include Valcucine, Casamilano, Les Grands Trans Parents Cassina, Flos Skygarden, Nemo, and Miele.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift and is characterized by being silent (the views are onto the internal courtyard) being extremely bright (the house has thirteen light points towards the outside) and being equipped with double glazing and air conditioning in all environments.
The apartment opens onto a living area that includes a three-seat sofa, two armchairs, a 55-inch smart TV, and a table for four; a sliding glass door separates the living room from the fully equipped and equipped kitchen which includes a marble island with two stools, an induction hob with four burners, a dishwasher, an oven, a steam oven, a microwave oven and a wine cellar fridge with double temperature for red wines (19°) and white wines (6°). From the living area, there is access to an illuminated balcony which includes a table for two.
The sleeping area includes three rooms connected by a corridor:
- A laundry room that includes a washing machine, two shoe racks, and a sink;
- A bathroom with shower;
- A bedroom that includes a double bed (190cmx160cm), two chests of drawers, a 44-inch smart TV, an armchair, and a six-door wardrobe.
The flooring is in a light oak parquet.
